1 qt. Apple cider vinegar
½ cup lemon juice
1 lb butter or margarine
4 tbsp. Salt
½ tbsp. Black pepper
1 #10 (12 Cups) can tomato catsup
1 cup yellow mustard
1 liter bottle 7 up
Louisiana hot sauce to taste
¼ cup brown sugar
Melt butter in a large stock pot.
Stir in remaining ingredients except the mustard
Bring to a full boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minuets
Remove from heat, let stand a few minuets, add mustard, stirring in well
Store at room temperature in tightly sealed jars.

Dashes of Louisina hot sauce (to taste)
1/4 cup brown sugar
